人才素质模型及受教育者策略

摘要 当前的中国高等教育出现了教育质量、教育期望收益下降等问题,这些问题的形成与人才的素质有一定关系;同时,高等教育大众化导致了受教育者供需变化,使受教育者需要有进行正确的教育投资决策策略。人才素质构成要素分为内在层面的修养、临界层面的能力和外在层面的核心能力,从受教育者角度考察,影响人才素质形成的因素主要有教育成本、时间和环境,以此为变量构建了人才素质数学模型。在模型基础上进行技术分析,得到如下结论:一是,人才素质是多方面的,受教育者可以根据自己的偏好选择自己合适的素质。二是,不是所有的人都可以接受相同的教育,不同的人因为不同的素质弹性和有教育成本、时间和环境的差异,导致人才素质会不一样,收益也不一样。受教育者应该根据自己的实际情况选择适合自己的教育。三是,受教育者可根据自己的实际情况在教育成本、时间和环境等因素的约束下期望收益最优化自己的教育行为。 The current higher education in China appeared some problems as the education quality and educational expectation income decreased etc,these problems have certain relations with the the talent's quality.At the same time,the popularization of higher education has led to the education supply and demand changes,so that educated needs to have the correct education investment strategy.The talent quality structure is divided into the three core areas about the cultivation of the inner level,the critical level of ability and capacity of the external dimensions,from the perspective of the educated,the formation of the talent quality include the educational cost,time and environment,those are the variable made in construct talent quality mathematical model.Based on the technical analysis the model,obtained the following conclusions,the talent quality is included in many aspects,the educated can according to their own preferences,choose the right quality.Not all people can receive the same education level,different educational cost,time and environmental differences,which eventually led to the quality of talents will be different,and income is not the same.The educated should choose for their education level according to their actual situation.The educated can expect revenue optimization their educational behavior according to the constraints on their actual conditions of the educational cost,time and environmental.
