示范性基层电大的创建过程就是在原有基础较好的电大,经创建进一步在办学理念、办学条件、管理运行方面不断提升的过程,为此我们对县级电大的基本情况、创建过程、创建工作中积累的经验和达成的共识,及创建成果的展示和如何发挥示范的引领作用等方面进行了调查。通过调查为进一步理清思路,很好地开展工作打下了基础。

Establishing the demonstrative county -level TV University means improving the the education idea, teach- ing conditions, management and operation of county - level TV University with an original good basic. We investigate the county -level TV University~ basic situation, the procedure, the experience, the agreement we have reached, the presentation and how to play the leading role of demonstration and so on. Such investigations pave the way for the fur- ther clear thinkinz and carrvinz out the work better.
