摘要
由于红外图像预处理算法自身的复杂性,使得红外图像在DSP中的预处理时间较长。针对这一问题,提出一种基于FPGA的实时红外图像预处理方法。该方法采用了流水线技术来并行完成非均匀校正、空间滤波、直方图统计等多个红外图像预处理算法,对系统结构进行了改进和优化。经过实验测试验证,该方法合理可行,能够实时高效地完成红外图像预处理任务。与DSP图像预处理系统相比可以节约将近50%的处理时间。
Due to the high complexity of infrared image pretreatment algorithm, the infrared image pretreatment requires a long time in DSP. To solve this problem, this paper proposes and realizes a method of real-time infrared image pretreatment based on FPGA. The method adopts a pipelined technology for the improvement of the real-time infrared image pretreatment sys- tem, including algorithm of non-uniformity correction, algorithm of spatial filtering, and algorithm of histogram statistic. The method is proved to be reasonable and feasible by testing in laboratory. The result shows that the system has good real-time per-formance and superior efficiency. Based on the method, the time of infrared image pretreatment can be cut down by almost 50%.
