摘要
在分析莫尔条纹信号常用细分方法及其优缺点的基础上,借助于相位调制理论,将对空间位移的测量转换为对时间信号瞬时频率的测量。通过引入恒定的时空当量,使得用时间测变速运动物体的空间位移成为可能,提出了一种用精密时间测量实现莫尔条纹信号细分的方法。通过理论推导验证了该细分方法的可行性,进行了初步的实验验证,验证了细分方法的有效性。
Through the analysis of conventional interpolation methods of Moiré fringe, including its advantages and disad-vantages, the paper gives a description of transformation of space shift measurement into time signal instantaneous frequency measurement based on the phase modulation theory. The introduction of a constant time-spaee equivalent makes it possible to measure space displacement of variable speed moving objects by using time measurement. Here, an interpolation method of Moiré fringe based on precision time measurement is proposed. The theoretical derivation and experiment verify the effectiveness of this method.
