摘要
若评定圆弧误差的方法不当,会使得轮廓误差较小的圆弧被误判为不合格。提出基于最小区域圆法的数学模型,研究被测特征点与最大区域圆、最小区域圆之间的关系,建立模型的目标函数并分析其误差控制方法,得到圆弧半径和圆心误差的不确定度表述方法。此圆弧误差的评定模型克服了以往单纯依靠半径值来衡量误差的不足,更符合圆弧误差分布情况。结果表明,此分析方法能较真实地反映被测圆弧轮廓误差的实际情况。
The improper use of arc contours error evaluation method leads to wrongly estimating arc contours with small er-ror as disqualified. In this paper, a mathematical model based on minimum zone circle method is established to study the rela-tion between the detected feature points and the maximum or minimum zone eirle. An objective function of the model is set up and its error control method is analyzed to obtain the uncertainty expression of the error of circular arc center and circular arc ra-dius. The model for arc error evaluation overcomes the shortcomings of error evluation method simply dependent on the value of radius, which is more in accordance with the distribution of arc error. The results show that the mathematical model can correct-ly simulate the actual are error.
