摘要
介绍了容性设备在线绝缘性能检测系统中,数据采集硬件电路的设计思路。采用DSP技术实现数字滤波和相位换算。提高了系统的抗干扰能力。16位双极性A/D转换器,大大提高了信号的精度。采用程控增益的办法,提高了系统增益的稳定性。现场采集的实时数据来看,交流信号电流幅值偏差在±5%之内,相位的误差为0.3%,并且硬件系统稳定可靠。
The design ideas of data acquisiton hardware circuit are introduced for online capacitive equipment insulation monitoring system. Digital filtering and phase conversion technology are realized by using of DSP technology. And thus the anti-interference abitilty of the system is improved. A 16-bit bipolar A/D converter is used to greatly improve the precision of the sig- nal. A program controlled gain approach is adopted to enhance the stability of the system gain. Data, which are acquired from the testing site in a real-time manner, show that the AC current amplitude deviation is within ±5% and phase error is 0.3%. The hardware system is stable and reliable
