一种平面旋转磁极函数信号发生器

摘要 大多数信号发生器是依赖于模拟或数字电路来实现,为了改善在微电机控制系统中使用测速装置的体积大、结构复杂等因素,分析了一种基于电磁感应原理,使磁极在固定的印制有电磁绕组的平面PCB板上旋转,PCB板的绕组能够输出按正弦规律变化的交流信号发生器。采用数理分析及Matlab仿真,得出了输出信号为正弦规律变化,而且波形与速度的变化密切相关的结论。此装置适用于高精确度的速度检测与控制系统。 Most signal generators are developed based on analog or digital circuits. The speed measurement device for the micromotor control system has the disadvantages of large size and complicated structure, etc. The paper analyzes an AC signal generator based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, which makes the magnetic pole rotate in a fixed plane PCB board printed with electromagnetic winding so that the windings of the PCB board can output the AC signal with the variation of sine law. The conclusion is drawn from the mathematical analysis and Matlab simulation that the output signal varies with sine law, and the waveform is closely corelated with speed changes. The device is suitable for high-precision speed detection and control system.
