清瘟败毒饮佐治儿童传染性单核细胞增多症疗效观察

Curative Effect of Qingwen Baidu Decoction as Adjunctive Therapy for Infectious Mononucleosis in Children

目的:观察清瘟败毒饮佐治儿童传染性单核细胞增多症(IM)的疗效。方法:将40例IM患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各20例,两组均根据病情使用布洛芬混悬液(降温)、能量合剂、保肝药物等治疗,对照组给予更昔洛韦5 mg/(kg.次),每12 h1次静脉滴注,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上再加用清瘟败毒饮每日1剂,分4次口服,两组疗程均7～14d,观察疗效。结果:治疗组发热、咽峡炎、肝脾淋巴结肿大的时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组外周血白细胞总数、异型淋巴细胞及肝功能恢复至正常的时间短于对照组(P<0.05);总有效率治疗组(90.00%)优于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清瘟败毒饮佐治儿童传染性单核细胞增多症有较好疗效。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of Qingwen Baidu decoction as adjunctive therapy for infectious mononucleosis in children.Methods： We randomly divided 40 children suffering from infectious mononucleosis into two groups equally.The two groups were both treated with intravenous infusion of ganciclovir 5 mg/kg,q 12 h,for 7 to 14 days.Meanwhile,the treatment group took Qingwen Baidu decoction.After treatment,we judged the therapeutic effect.Results： Compared with the control group,the duration of fever,pharyngitis and lymphadenopathy of the treatment group was shortened obviously.And the time of patients＇ peripheral white blood cell count,atypical lymphocytes and liver function returned to normal in the treatment group were faster than those in the control group.The efficiency of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions： The therapeutic effect of infectious mononucleosis in children can be enhanced by Qingwen Baidu decoction as adjunctive therapy.
