中西医结合治疗产后缺乳疗效观察

Report of 331 cases of postnatal lack of lactation treated by combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine

目的 观察中西医结合治疗产后缺乳的疗效。方法 对照 1组 2 5例口服中药猪蹄汤 ,对照 2组 2 7例口服西药甲氧氯普胺 (灭吐灵 ) ,治疗组采用中西医结合治疗 ,即口服中药猪蹄汤和西药灭吐灵。3组均服药 7日 ,观察效果。结果 治疗组痊愈率明显优于对照 1组和 2组 ( P <0 .0 5)。结论 中西医结合的方法治疗产后缺乳效果显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine on postnatal lack of lactation. Methods 85 patients with postnatal lack of lactation were divided into three groups. In control group 1 (n=25) Zhuti decoction was orally taken, in control group 2 (n=27) metoclopramide was taken, in treatment group (n=33) integration of traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine was utilized, with treatment duration of 7 days. Results The effective rate (97.0%) was obviously higher in treatment group compared with those in control group 1 (72.0%, P<0.05) and control group 2 (66.7%, P<0.01). Conclusions Combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine can produce significant effect on postnatal lack of lactation.
