摘要
国务院出台的《关于加强和改进消防工作的意见》,是重视和促进消防事业发展的重大举措。笔者结合威海市经济发展、自然气候、公共消防设施和消防装备建设、灾害事故特征及发生频率等情况,探索研究了威海市公共消防设施建设,消防装备配备数量、性能、结构,执勤人员数量,经费保障等方面问题,与同行交流。
The State Council promulgated the opinions to strengthen and improve the fire service,which was a significant measure for promoting the fire security service.Combining the development of economy and society,characteristics of the natural climate,infrastructure of public fire and fire service equipment,as well as the characteristics and frequency of the disasters,we discussed the construction of public fire protection facilities and fire service equipments with the concern of quantity,performance,human power, and funds.
