视触叩听急腹症：消化性溃疡穿孔
摘要
消化性溃疡穿孔是常见急腹症，多数患者需手术治疗。该病病情进展较快，诊断时效性要求高。剧烈腹痛伴腹膜刺激征是该病的特征性表现，但并非所有病例均如此典型。患者病程可分为一个阶段，中途可有“好转”的假象，必须充分加以认识，以免贻误救治时机。
