成人枕部畸胎瘤一例

摘要报告1例男性、74岁枕部成熟性畸胎瘤病例。病史50年，最初肿块约小手指头大，后逐渐增大。术前经MRI检查诊断，行手术切除治疗，术后16个月电话随访无复发。
