摘要
探讨细络联的连接方式。阐述了细络联系统的基本数量关系——细络锭比,从络筒机锭数配置灵活性、对品种变化的适应性、络筒机产能利用率及占地面积几个方面对一对一单连、多对一连接以及组对组群连三种连接方式进行了分析比较。结果表明:细络联应当采用组对组群连方式,一对一单连方式和多对一连接方式是不可取的。认为:实现组对组群连方式必须以细络轨道连接应使细纱机和络筒机"台台通"、络筒机能够实时切换工艺参数以及监控器必须具有在线实时生产调度功能为基本条件。
Linking style of spinning-winding unit was discussed.The ratio of spinning spindles and winding spindles was discussed.The three different linkage methods were contrasted and analyzed,i.e one spinning frame to one winding machine,spinning frames to one winding machine and spinning frames to winding machines from aspects of flexibility of winding spindles configuration,suitability to varieties change,capacity utilization and floor area of winding machines.The result shows that linking style of spinning frames to winding machines should be adopted,the other two linking styles are undesirable.It is considered that the successful linking style should taken some things as basic conditions,i.e connection between spinning frames and winding machines is realized by the track,processing parameter can be switched by winding machine in real-time,production can be managed by the monitor online and in real-time.
