我院1159例药品不良反应报告分析

Analysis of 1 159 Cases of ADR Reports in Our Hospital

目的:了解我院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特征及规律。方法:对我院2011年收集的1159例ADR报告进行回顾性统计和分析。结果:ADR涉及18类药物,抗感染药居首位(239例,占20.62%);静脉滴注引发ADR为926例(79.90%);ADR临床主要表现为消化系统(624例)与皮肤及其附件(286例)损害。结论:临床工作中应重视ADR,强调合理安全用药,减少ADR发生率,保证患者用药安全。

To investigate the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reaction （ADR）. METHODS： 1 159 cases of ADR reports collected from our hospital in 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS： ADR involved 28 types of drugs, anti-infective agent took up the first place （239 cases, accounting for 20.62% ） ; intravenous infusion caused 926 cases of ADR （79.90%）; ADR mainly occurred in digestive system （624 case）, followed by lesion of skin and its appendants （286 cases）. CONCLUSION： The clinical work should pay attention to adverse drug reactions, emphasize reasonable and safe drug use and avoid the incidence of ADR to ensure the safety of drug use in patients.
