中西医结合治愈自发性孤立性肠系膜上动脉夹层1例
摘要
自发性孤立性肠系膜上动脉夹层(SISMAD)是一种较少见的血管外科疾病。由于临床症状和生化检查一般无特异性,早期诊断困难。总结并分析了1例SISMAD患者临床特点及中西医结合诊疗过程,并回顾了相关文献,提出该病的诊断和中西医结合治疗的原则。
