创业理论的多层面研究与展望:从个体到环境的演进

Multi-Level Research and Prospect of Entrepreneurship Theory: From Individuals to Environment

作为多学科交叉的研究领域,创业研究的理论发展一直存在多层面、多视角的观点。文章以研究变量为线索,从个体、组织、网络和环境四个层面对以往创业理论的代表性观点和理论框架进行了梳理、总结和述评,并提出了未来研究展望。旨在通过分层面梳理研究变量在创业理论中的引入、演进以及贡献,厘清创业理论的发展脉络,为后续的创业理论研究提供借鉴与参考。

As a multi-interdisciplinary research field,the development of entrepreneurship theories has existed multi-level and multi-angle views.Using different level variables as clues,this paper summarizes representative views and theoretical frameworks in entrepreneurship area from four levels：individuals,organizations,networks and environment,and then puts forward the direction of future research.The purpose of this study is to definitude the development of entrepreneurship theories through studying previous research how to introduce,evolve and contribute these variables at different levels into entrepreneur ship theories.References will be provided for the further studies of entrepreneurship theories.
