镰刀菌XX-A-02-Ⅱ发酵液诱发蚕豆根尖遗传损伤研究

摘要 采用蚕豆根尖微核技术研究0、5、25、50、100、200倍不同稀释倍数镰刀菌发酵液的遗传毒性。结果表明:同阴性对照相比,所有试验处理对蚕豆根尖细胞微核发生率的影响显著增加,而且表现出一定的剂量效应。镰刀菌滤液原液对蚕豆根尖细胞微核发生率影响显著高于阳性对照的效应,从而说明镰刀菌滤液具有较强的遗传毒性。 The genetic toxicology of 0,5,25,50,100,200times Fusariumfiltrate was investigated using micronucleus test of root tip cell of Vicia faba.The results showed that the effects of other treatments on micronucleus(MCN) of two plant root cells were significantly increased in contrast to negative control,and the effects exhibited dose-effect.Liquid filtrate of Fusariumwhich was not diluted root tip cells of Vicia faba micronucleus incidence was significantly higher than the positive impact of control.It illustrated that there was strong genotoxicity in the filtrate of Fusarium.
