甜橙WRKY转录因子序列的生物信息学分析 被引量:3

摘要 以拟南芥信息资源网站(TAIR)上公布的拟南芥(Arabidopsis)WRKY蛋白超家族序列为基础,利用BLAST(Basic Local Alignment Search Tool)在甜橙(Citrus sinensis)序列中寻找WRKY蛋白基因。结果表明:共找到53个WRKY蛋白超家族的基因,根据甜橙WRKY蛋白超家族的基因序列特征将其分为3个亚家族:Group I、Group II和Group III,并对有关基因的功能进行了预测,为甜橙WRKY蛋白超家族的基因对外界胁迫以及抗病性机能的研究提供理论依据。 Based on the WRKY protein superfamily sequence of Arabidopsis thaliana,BLAST was used to search WRKY superfamily of genes in sweet orange(Citrus sinensis).The results showed that 53 CsWRKY genes were found in sweet orange(Citruss inensis).These genes were divided into three subfamilies:Group I,Group II and Group III.In addition,the function prediction of genes were made,for providing a theory basis for orange CsWRKY genes to stress and disease resistance.
