摘要
选用7种不同来源的蟹味菇菌株在同一配比的原料及相同环境条件下进行栽培,出菇后对各菌株的菌盖厚度和直径等子实体性状进行了测量,对菇型的整齐度、有无瘤状物进行了记录,从而筛选出菌丝生长良好、子实体外观质量好、生物学效率高的蟹味菇菌株。结果表明:7号绿圣菌株生物学转化率高,同时菇型规整且无瘤状物,适合工厂化栽培。
Seven different Hypsizygus marmoreus were cultured in the same condition in this paper.The thickness and diameter of the fruiting cap were measured after producing mushroom,and the uniformity of mushroom type and nodules were recorded in order to screen strains well grown,with well apperance fruit body and higher biological efficiency.The results showed that the 7th strain had higher biological efficieny,a regular structure and non-tumor.Therefore,it was suitable for industrial culture.
