摘要
对某油轮爆裂的辅锅炉过热器管进行了成分分析、力学性能测试和显微组织观察,以找出其爆管的原因。结果表明:因锅炉长期超温运行,致使钢管基体组织珠光体球化、并产生严重的蠕变损伤;管内壁存在的结垢层加剧了过热器管的过热并促进其爆裂。
The chemical composition analysis, mechanical properties testing and microstructure observing were done for a burst superheater tube ill. a tank auxiliary boiler to find burst causes. The results show thai pearlilc spheruidization and serious creel) damage happened in the tube matrix due to a long time SUl)erheating, and the deposit on inner wall of the superheater tube made superheat aggravate and promote burst.
