非对称性二甲基精氨酸与非酒精性脂肪性肝病关系的研究进展
Relationship between asymmetric dimethylarginine and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease
摘要
随着社会生活水平的提高，非酒精性脂肪性肝病（NAFLD）的发病率呈上升趋势。据报道，NAFLD累及约15％～20％的普通成人，成为目前最常见的慢性肝脏疾病。NAFLD被认为是代谢综合征（metabolic syndrome，MS）的一种表现形式，同时也有越来越多的研究证据表明。
