《2011年欧洲抗风湿联盟银屑病关节炎药物治疗建议》解读及思考 被引量：3

摘要 银屑病关节炎（psoriatic arthritis，PsA）是与银屑病相关的炎性关节病，其临床表现复杂多样。它不但有多种关节病变表型，还可有多种关节外表现，包括皮肤、指甲病变及指（趾）炎和附着点炎。目前临床上对PsA的治疗尚未形成理论体系，临床上如何规范、有效地治疗PsA是风湿科医生所面临的问题。近期，欧洲抗风湿联盟（EULAR）组织了来自欧洲和美国的多名风湿病学家以及其他相关学科专家组成银屑病和银屑病关节炎研究组（GRAPPA）
