改进型腹板与热塑模联合固定在直肠癌术后放疗中的应用研究 被引量:8

摘要 直肠癌术后放疗能明显减少局部复发。现有研究表明运用真空体垫、常规型腹板两种固定方式在摆位重复性与正常组织保护方面各有优势。寻求既能取得较好摆位重复性又能对正常组织很好保护的固定方式显得尤为重要。从2009年至今,本科先后对直肠癌术后放疗患者使用真空垫、常规型腹板、改进型腹板加热塑模固定方式,现从摆位误差及正常组织保护方面对3种固定方式进行比较分析,为临床选择最佳的固定方式提供参考。
