乳腺癌放疗联合曲妥珠单抗的心脏毒性与保护研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 15％-25％的乳腺癌患者存在HER-2基因扩增或过表达[1]。作为拮抗HER-2胞外受体的人源化单克隆抗体，曲妥珠单抗辅助治疗经5项随机对照临床试验证实可显著提高HER-2阳性乳腺癌患者的总生存（RR=0．66）及无瘤生存（RR=0．62）[2]。心脏毒性是曲妥珠单抗的主要不良反应，4．3％～17．3％的患者因此中断治疗[3]。
