终冷温度对X80管线钢DWTT性能影响的研究 被引量:9

摘要 借助DWTT(落锤撕裂试验),利用金相显微镜,扫描电镜和X射线仪,研究了终冷温度对X80管线钢撕裂性能的影响,并测定了X80管线钢的织构类型。结果表明:终冷温度对20℃时的管线钢撕裂性能无明显影响,三种终冷温度时的剪切面积都在92%左右。而在-20℃时,随终冷温度降低,撕裂性能提高,600℃时的剪切面积是650℃的2.14倍,550℃时的剪切面积是600℃的1.12倍;X80管线钢的主要织构类型为{110}<110>、{111}<110>和{112}<110>。 By means of DWTT (drop weight tear test) and by using metallographic microscope, SEM and XRD, the effect of final cooling temperature on DWTT properties of X80 pipeline steel was studied and texture type of X80 pipeline steel was measured. The results show that final cooling temperature does not have much effect on DWTT properties of pipeline steel at 20℃ and the shear areas are all about 92% for three final cooling temperatures. DWTT property increases with decrease of final cooling temperature at -20℃ ; the shear area is 2.14 times at 600℃than at 650℃, and the shear area is 1.12 times at 550℃ than at 600℃. The main texture types of X80 pipeline steel are {110}〈110〉, {111}〈110〉 and {112}〈110〉.
