摘要
通过对精密铸造用铸模感应加热系统的有限元分析,研究了加热频率、相位差、电压工艺参数对加热功率和温度的影响。结果表明,随着电压的增加,加热功率表现为近似线性的增长,而加热频率、相位差与加热功率之间呈非线性的变化关系。在此基础上提出了合理的加热工艺参数。
Through the finite element simulation of investment casting, the influences of heating parameters such the induction heating system on casting moulds used in as heating frequency, phase difference, voltage on the heating power and temperature were investigated. The results show that the heating power increases approximately linearly with the increase of voltage, and the relationships between the heating power and heating frequency as well as phase difference are nonlinear. On the bases of these, the rational heating parameters are proposed.
