摘要
以锡青铜连杆衬套为研究对象,利用Simufact软件对旋压过程工艺参数进行了数值模拟。通过对旋轮工作角、旋轮圆角半径、进给速度、减薄率对旋压力和材料流动影响的研究,分析了旋压成形过程中应力和材料变形特点,获得了连杆衬套旋压的成形规律。结果表明:当旋轮工作角选18°、进给速度为3 mm/s、旋轮圆角半径为6 mm、减薄率为32.7%时是合理的。模拟分析结果为旋压工艺设计和优化提供了指导。
Taking tin bronze bushing of connecting rod as a research object, the spinning technological parameters with Simufact software was simulated. The effects of working angle, comer radius of spin, round speeding rate and thinning rate on the change of spinning pressure and material flow were studied. The change of stress and material during the spinning process was analyzed. The forming rules of connecting rod bushing were achieved. The results show that the reasonable process is that the working angle is 20°, speeding rate is 3mm/s, comer radius is 6mm, and thinning rate is 32.7%. All the results can provide guidance for the design and optimization of the spinning technological process.
