摘要
针对曲轴模锻生产中普遍存在的锻件尺寸精度不高的问题,分析了其产生的原因之一——模具的弹性变形。通过测量某平面分模四拐曲轴各特征部位的尺寸,分析了尺寸变化的规律,并通过有限元模拟进行了验证。根据尺寸检测和数值模拟结果,提出了解决问题的方法——模具型腔尺寸补偿法,为实际生产提供有效参考。
Aiming at widely existing problems, such as the dimensional accuracy of forgings is not high in the crankshaft die forging, one of the reasons-elastic deformation of die was analyzed. By measuring different characteristic parts size of plane four-throw crankshafts, the regularity of dimension change was analyzed and validated by FEM simulation. According to the results of the size testing and numerical simulation, the way of solving problem-the die cavity dimensional compensation was advanced, which could provide effective reference for production.
