摘要
采用循环伏安技术电诱导棕色固氮菌成为抗氨阻遏的菌株 ,其菌株最高耐氨率可高达 8mMNH+ 4 左右。农田实验结果表明 ,直接施用该固氮菌于农田中 ,能使玉米及花生增产 5%~ 8%。菌体的抗氨阻遏能力与土壤土质及成分有着密切关系。
Azotobacter vinelandii was electro-induced into the strain with ammonium-resistant by cyclic voltammetry, which the strain showed insensitive to come up to 8 mMNH + 4. The experimental results showed that increasing 5%~8%yields of corn and peanut were obtained after the strain is directly manured into the farm land. The degree of ammonium-resistant from the strain is tightly connected with quality and composition of the soil.
