摘要
汽车后桥差速器行星锥齿轮的精锻工艺广泛使用,但精锻件的工艺结构基本上还是依据切齿加工工艺来设计的。虽然在JB/T9198-1999行业标准中,对锥齿轮精锻件结构设计进行了规范,但行星锥齿轮的精锻工艺性没有得到充分表达。由此,提出了有别于切齿加工的差速器行星锥齿轮结构的设计思路,这有利于提高齿轮的抗弯力矩,精锻工艺和后续加工。
Precise forging of rear axle differential bevel planet gears for automobile is used in the industry. But the technology and structure of precise forgings are designed still according to gear cutting processing. Although structural design of bevel wheel precise forgings is normalized by JB/T 9198-1999 of Chinese sector standard. But the structural design of bevel planet gears is not full expressed. Therefore, a new structural design, which is different from gear cutting design of rear axle differential bevel planet gears, is proposed. This new structural design is helpful for improvement of bending resistance moment, precise forging process and subsequent machining.
