摘要
采用钨极氩弧焊焊接方法对X100管线钢进行焊接试验,分析了不同焊接电流下所得焊缝微观组织及宏观力学性能。结果表明:当焊接速度为4.29 mm/s时,随着焊接电流的增加,其焊缝的硬度变小,冲击功呈先减小后增加、强度呈先增加后减小的变化趋势;当焊速为7.22 mm/s时,随着焊接电流的增加,其焊缝的硬度和强度呈下降趋势,韧性有所提高。
The TIG welding method was used to weld XI00 pipeline steel. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the welding line under different kinds of welding current were compared. The results show that when the welding speed is 4.29mm/s, the weld hardness of X100 pipeline steel becomes lower, and the impact energy first decreases and then increases, and on the contrary is the trend of strength;when the welding speed is 7.22 mm/s, the hardness and strength of X 100 pipeline steel weld seam decrease, but the toughness increases.
