摘要
通过抗生素潮霉素 (Hm)和卡拉霉素 (Km)进行谷子外植体抗体性浓度的筛选 ,结果说明 ,不同外植体抗性浓度不同 ,谷子愈伤分化再生苗阶级 ,潮霉素与卡拉霉素的筛选浓度范围为 5mg/L— 10mg/L和 15mg/L— 2 0mg/L ;米粒长苗时其浓度为 15mg/L和 30mg/L。
Through screening concentration of Hygrimycin and Kamamycin on millet explant, the result showed that resistance concentration is different from different millet explant. In the stage from the callus to differentiation plantlet. Hygrimycin is 5-10 mg/L, Kamamycin is 15-20mg/L. When hasked millet grows in MS mediem, Hygrimycin is 15mg/L, Kamamycin is 30mg/L.
