摘要
采用三维热弹塑性大变形有限元方法模拟1.5 mm厚SUS304不锈钢薄板GTAW对接接头的变形,考虑焊接温度场的演变,分析了热诱导变形产生的原因。最后比较了焊接变形的模拟结果与实测值,发现两者比较吻合,证明预测结果具有一定的可信度。
Three-dimensional thermal elastic-plastic large deformation finite element method was adopted to simulate the deformation of GTAW butt-welded joints SUS304 stainless steel thin plate with 1.5 mm thick. Moreover, the evolution of the welding temperature field was considered and the reasons for thermally deformation induced by heat source were analyzed. Finally, the comparison of welding deformation between predicted and measured results was carried out, and it can be found that the two results are in agreement, which can prove that the predicted results have a certain credibility.
