摘要
利用C150、C50连续驱动摩擦焊机分别对08F钢、20钢进行同种材料焊接试验。08F钢试验工艺参数为:主轴转速2000r/min、摩擦压力9.5kN、顶锻力23.6kN;20钢试验工艺参数为:主轴转速2500r/min、摩擦压力22kN、顶锻力30kN。焊后对其接头的组织性能进行研究。结果表明:应用连续驱动摩擦焊,能形成良好的焊接接头,接头的晶粒比母材区晶粒细小;焊接接头由塑性变形区、热影响区组成;焊接接头的硬度值大于母材区,08F钢接头的硬度值较母材区提高了约20%,20钢提高了约40%。
By the style of C150 and C50 continous driven friction welder, the welding test for 08F steel and 20 steel was carried out. The 08F steel experimental recommended process parameters: spindle speed n=2000 r/m, friction pressure F=9.5 kN, forging pressure F=23.6 kN. 20 steel experimental recommended process parameters: spindle speed n=2500 r/m, friction pressure F=22 kN, forging pressure f=30 kN. The mechanical properties of the welded joint was researched. The results show that:the application of continous driven friction welding to 08F steel and 20 steel can form a good joint, the grain of welded joint is smaller than that of base metal. The welded joint is composed of plastic deformation zone and heat affected zone; the hardness of welded joint is greater than that of base metal zone; the hardness of 20 steel welded joint increases by 40%, and the hardness of 08F steel welded joint increases by 20%.
