摘要
通过对配流盘零件的结构分析,确定了压铸模具的工艺方案,并利用Pro/E进行了压铸模具的设计。同时,利用Pro/E自带的有限元分析模块Pro/MECHANIC,对模具在使用过程中受到胀型力和温度载荷的情况下可能产生的应力进行了分析。结果表明,温度载荷所产生的热应力是造成模具变形的主要原因;通过Pro/E的分析结果,可以优化模具的设计。
The process scheme of die-casting die was confirmed by the analysis of port plate configuration, the design of the die was set up by using Pro/E software.By the element analysis module Pro/MECHANIC of Pro/E, the stress induced by the die locking force and the temperature load in the using of the dies was analyzed. The results show that the main reason for the mold defurmation is the thermal stress generated by the temperature load. It is useful in the further improvement of die design by Pro/E analysis.
