摘要
采用金相、电镜、力学和化学分析以及相关的工艺技术,系统地分析了"Z"型型钢出现的表面裂纹缺陷。结果表明,型钢腿部边缘裂纹起源于连铸坯角部裂纹。
The surface crack of "Z"-shape profiled bar was analyzed systematically by metallographic test, SEM, mechanical properties test, and chemical analysis as well as relevant technological process. The results show that the cracks at edge-flange region originate in comers of the original continuous-cast billet.
