摘要
从土壤、酿造食品、花粉等样品中分离赤藓糖醇产生菌的方法 ,分离得到约 30 0株耐高渗酵母 ,其中有 3株菌产赤藓糖醇 ,2 6 0 8在葡萄糖培养液中可产赤藓糖醇 32mg/ml。
Screening of erythritol producing strains from soils, fermented food, fresh pollen is described. About 300 strains with high glucose tolerance were isolated. Erythritol productivity by strain 2608 was 32g/L in a medium containing 20% glucose at 34℃
