经穴按摩与颈部保健操预防颈椎病效果观察

Observation on the Efficacy of Acupoint Massage and Cervical Exercises for Prevention of Cervical Spondylosis

目的:观察经穴按摩与颈部保健操预防颈椎病的效果。方法:采用查数字随机表法将88例符合纳入标准者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组45例采用经穴按摩与颈部保健操;对照组43例采用八段锦分别进行预防颈椎病的效果观察,观察结束后采用Wilcoxon符号秩和检验进行统计学分析,组间比较采用成组比较,组内比较采用配对比较。结果:颈椎功能障碍指数量表(NDI)和视觉模拟评分法(VAS)两个量表干预后两组组间比较及干预前后组内自身比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较观察组干预效果明显优于对照组。生活满意度(LSR)量表干预后两组组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预前后组内自身比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:本方法是一项行之有效的预防颈椎病的措施。对于改善颈部不适感,缓解疼痛具有较明显的作用,能有效降低颈椎病发病率。

Objective：To observe the effect of acupoint massage and cervical exercises for prevention of cervical spondylosis. Methods： A simple randomized control method was used. Eighty-eight patients were enrolled according to the inclusion cri- teria. They were allocated to two groups, the observation group and the control group. The observation group of 45 cases was treated with acupoint massage and cervical exercises, while the control group of 43 cases was treated with Ba Duan Jin （The Octupled Brocade）. The clinical effect was observed. Results：There was significant difference in both groups after the treatment in NDI and VAS scales compared with before treatment （P〈0.05）. Better results were shown in observation group compared with control group. There was no statistical significance in the scales of LSR between the two groups after intervention, but there was obvious difference after treatment as compared with before treatment in each group. Conclu- sion： Acupoint massage combined with cervical exercises is an effective method to prevent cervical spondylosis. It has obvi- ous effect of relieving neck discomfort and pain, and lowering the incidence of cervical spondylosis.
