推罐疗法治疗腰背部肌筋膜炎的临床疗效

The Clinical Study of movable cupping therapy for lumbar back myofascitis

目的:评价推罐疗法治疗腰背部肌筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法:228例腰背部肌筋膜炎患者:男92例,女136例;年龄18～83岁,平均49.97岁。分为采用推罐疗法治疗(治疗组)121例和常规治疗(对照组)107例,治疗2周后,分别观测两组疼痛、激痛点压痛及胸腰椎功能等指标并比较其临床疗效。结果:治疗2周后,患者疼痛、激痛点压痛及胸腰椎功能等指标的改善情况,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),临床疗效治疗组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:推罐疗法对腰背部肌筋膜炎有较好的治疗作用。该治疗方法操作简单,安全价廉,疗效肯定,可推荐作为腰背部肌筋膜炎的常规治疗方法之一。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of movable cupping therapy for lumbar back myofascitis. Methods： There were totally 228 patients, 92 males, and136 females. These patients with a mean age of 49.97 years （range, 18--83 years） were randomly divided into trial group（121 cases） and control group（107cases）. The patients in trial group were treated with movable cupping therapy. The patients in control group were treated with routine therapy. The painful symp- toms, tenderness of irritative painful point, thoracolumbar function and the clinical efficacy was evaluated 2 weeks after the treatment. Results：There was significant differences between the two groups in improvement of the painful symptoms, ten- derness of irritative painful point and thoraeolumbar function（P〈0.05）. The clinical efficacy of trial group was better than that of control group （P〈0.05）, and the difference has statistically significance. Conclusion：The movable cupping therapy is safe, effective and convenient in the treatment of lumbar back myofascitis. It＇s worthy of clinic application.
