Ultrasonic findings of granulomatous lobular mastitis: Case report

摘要 患者女，31岁．主因“发现左侧乳腺肿物20余天”入院。查体：庀侧乳腺内侧可触及大小约7cm×3cm的肿物，表面粗糙，边界欠清，活动度差。超声：于左侧乳腺内上象限探及不均质回声包块．约5．8cm×2．5cm。与周围组织分界不清，周边可见较大分叶（图1），
