摘要
本文从肌肉系统对大蹼铃蟾和昭觉林蛙进行了观察比较 ,结果表明这两种无尾两栖类的肌肉系统存在一定差异。大蹼铃蟾的肌肉结合紧密程度不如昭觉林蛙 ,且肌肉分节现象较昭觉林蛙显著。最后 ,以形态 -功能-适应三位一体的分析原理为依据 ,就 2个种存在的形态差异 ,从功能与适应的意义和生物进化的角度两个方面进行了分析和探讨。
This paper deals with the muscle morphological comparison between Bombina maxima and Rana chaochiaoensis . Their muscle system is observed and compared. There is a great difference between the two kinds of no-tailed amphibian. Connection degree between muscles in Rana chaochiaoensis is tighter than that in Bombina maxima, and segmentation of muscle in Bombina maxima is more obvious than that of Rana chaochiaoensis. Finally, based on the principle that characters accord with function and adaptation, it is discussed and analyzed that the significance of morphological difference between two species in adaptation and evolution. According to the results of morphological comparison, a conclusion can be deduced that Rana chaochiaoensis is more advanced than Bombina maxima .
