摘要
研究了胶原蛋白的聚丙烯腈接枝改性,得到易溶于硫氰酸钠溶液而不溶于水的改性胶原蛋白。改性胶原蛋白具有与聚丙烯腈类似的溶解和凝固性能,可以与聚丙烯腈按一定比例共混制备聚丙烯腈—胶原蛋白复合纤维纺丝液。使用凝固再溶解的方法纯化聚丙烯腈—胶原蛋白复合纤维纺丝液,并将凝固和洗涤废液回收再利用,可降低生产成本和避免对环境的污染。
The graft modification of collagen protein with polyacrylonitrile was studied. The modified collagen that is soluble in sodium thiocyanate solution and insoluble in water was obtained. The modified collagen has similar dissolution and solidification performance similar to polyacrylonitrile and it can be blended with polyacrylonitrile in any proportion to prepare polyacrylonitrile - collagen composite fiber. In addition, the method of solidification and dissolution was used to purify the composite fiber spinning solution. The washing and solidified wastewater was recycled, which has reduced the production cost and avoided the pollution to the environment.
