摘要
研究并优化了皮革中3种防腐剂的高效液相色谱(HPLC-DAD)检测方法。皮革样品经乙腈超声提取20min,滤液滤膜过滤后进行HPLC-DAD测定。流动相为乙腈/水,柱温40℃,DAD波长为225nm。当标样的浓度为0.5~10mg/L时,线性相关系数R2≥0.99,最高检出限5mg/kg,加标回收率在85%~106%之间。
Determination of three preservatives in leather was developed by HPLC - DAD. Leather sample was treated for 20 min in acetonitrile by ultrasonic assisted extraction, The solution was then filtered through film. The mobile phase is acetonitrile and water. The column temperature is 40℃ and the detection wavelength is 225nm. The linear correlation coefficient is bigger than0.99 at the concentration of 0.5 - 10mg/L. The highest detection limit is 5mg/kg. The recoveries are at the range of 85% ~ 106%.
