The Curative Effect Observation of High-dose Df-521 Used to Treatment Acute Cerebdral Infarction

目的 研究和探讨大剂量东菱克栓酶与常规剂量的治疗效果。 方法 大剂量组 2 0 IU、1 0 IU、1 0 IU连用 3天 ,常规剂量组 1 0 IU、 5IU、 5IU隔日 1次。 结果 大剂量组显效治愈率明显高于常规剂量组 P<0 .0 5,无明显毒副作用。 结论 大剂量东菱克栓酶治疗脑梗死优于常规剂量 ,可缩短病程。

Objectives Research into the curative effect of high dose Df 521 and routine dose Methods Df 521 was used continuously for three days with 20u,10u,10u in high dose group,in routine dose group it was used one time every two days with 10u,5u Results The tangible effect and cure rate of high dose group is much higher than that of routine dose group(P<0 05), and there is not obvious poisonous and side effects Couclusions The curative effect of high dose group was superior to that of routine dose group,and the period of the disease was curtailed
