新生儿结膜炎诊断及治疗措施探讨

Diagnosis and treatment of neonatal conjunctivitis

目的:探讨新生儿结膜炎的诊断及治疗措施。方法:将我院2008-01/2010-01收治的新生儿结膜炎患者100例179眼按入院时间顺序随机分为观察组与对照组,每组50例,观察组给予氧氟沙星滴眼液,对照组给予青霉素滴眼液,观察比较两组患儿的疗效、眼分泌物消失时间、结膜充血消失时间、角膜透明时间。结果:治疗后,观察组患儿中有效率为98.0%,显著高于对照组患儿的88.0%(χ2=3.84,P<0.05);观察组患儿的眼分泌物消失时间、结膜充血消失时间、角膜透明时间均明显短于对照组患儿(P<0.01)。结论:氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗新生儿结膜炎疗效极佳,可有效提高治愈率,并缩短患儿的眼分泌物、结膜充血消失时间及角膜透明时间。

AIM：To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of neonatal conjunctivitis.METHODS：Totally 100 cases of neonatal conjunctivitis patients admitted to our hospital from January 2008 to January 2010 by order of admission were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group,the observation group was given ofloxacin drops eye drops while the control group was given penicillin eye drops,the efficacy,eye secretions disappeared time,conjunctival hyperemia disappeared time,transparent cornea time were compared between the two groups.RESULTS：After the treatment,the effective rate of 98.0% in the observation group which was significantly higher than the 88.0% of control group（χ2= 3.84,P0.05）;the eye secretions disappeared time,conjunctival hyperemia disappeared time,transparent cornea time in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group（P0.01）.CONCLUSION：The ofloxacin had excellent therapeutic efficacy for treating with neonatal conjunctivitis,and it can effectively improve the cure rate and shorten children＇s eye secretions,conjunctival hyperemia disappear and cornea transparent time.
