VisuMax飞秒激光制作超薄角膜瓣LASIK术疗效观察

摘要 目的:探讨VisuMax飞秒激光制作超薄角膜瓣LASIK术的临床疗效。方法:患者120例240眼采用VisuMax飞秒激光系统制作90~100μm角膜瓣联合MEL80准分子激光系统切削角膜,观察术后效果和并发症。结果:术后第1d,裸眼视力达到术前最佳矫正视力198眼(82.5%);术后1wk达术前最佳矫正视力236眼(98.3%);1mo后141眼(58.75%)超过术前最佳矫正视力1行以上。所有患者无明显并发症。结论:飞秒激光制作超薄角膜瓣是一种安全、准确的方法,它与LASIK术的结合是个性化角膜屈光手术的完善,值得临床推广。 AIM:To research the efficacy of LASIK ultra-thin corneal flap created with VisuMax femtosecond laser.METHODS:Femtosecond laser LASIK was performed for 120 patients(240 eyes) with VisuMax femtosecond laser system in the production of 90-100μm corneal flap and MEL80 excimer laser corneal ablation.Then postoperative results and complications were observed.RESULTS:The postoperative uncorrected visual acuity(UCVA) reached preoperative best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA) in 198 eyes(82.5%) one day after operation,in 236 eyes(98.3%) after 1 week of operation.And the postoperative UCVA exceeded preoperative BCVA in 141 eyes(58.75%) after 1 month of operation.No serious postoperative complications were observed in all cases.CONCLUSION:LASIK combined with ultra-thin corneal flap created by VisuMax femtosecond laser is safe and accurate,which makes individualized corneal refractive operation more perfect.
