新疆白内障复明现状调查

Xinjiang cataract surgery status investigation

目的:了解新疆白内障手术现状及存在问题,为今后发展提供客观理论依据。方法:对新疆地区所有已经注册的县以上综合医院眼科、县级医院眼科、县级医院五官科和眼专科医院采用问卷调查,运用Excel 2003建立数据库,SPSS16.0软件进行统计分析。结果:2010年新疆地区在册的各类医疗机构眼科107所,开展各类眼科手术共计43580例,白内障手术共计20303例(46.59%);新疆白内障手术率(cataract surgery rate,CSR)平均增长速度明显高于全国平均水平。结论:新疆防盲治盲已取得显著成效,2010年每百万人群中所做的白内障手术数达到930.9,但与"视觉2020"行动的目标要求还有一定差距,特别是CSR仍然偏低,县级医疗机构眼科没能充分发挥作用;应大力推广经济实用性白内障手术,加大基层眼科资源投入。

AIM：To discover the status of cataract surgery in Xinjiang,and explore the existing problems and provide reasonable development ideas for the future.METHODS：The data were collected by questionnaire survey from all ophthalmology institutions which were registered in Xinjiang region,then database was built up with Excel2003,and analyzed with SPSS 16.0.RESULTS：There were 107 ophthalmology institutions in the Xinjiang region in 2010,and 43580 cases of eye surgeries,among them cataract surgery patients were 20230（46.59%）,the average growth rate of Xinjiang cataract surgery rate was obviously higher than the national average.CONCLUSION：Prevention of blindness in Xinjiang has achieved remarkable results,the number of cataract surgeries done per million population in 2010 reached 930.9,but with the ＂VISION 2020＂ action still lags far behind,especially cataract surgery rate is still low,the county-level medical institutions are not able to fully play a role;we should vigorously promote the economic practicality of cataract surgery to increase ophthalmic resources in primary health care sector.
