摘要
本文研究了木霉T6(Trichodermasp .)产木聚糖酶固态发酵过程和木聚糖酶制剂制备 ,结果显示 ,固体曲培养 4d时酶活力最高 ,固体曲最适液固浸提比为 7∶1。木聚糖酶在 60— 65%硫酸铵饱和度下盐析效果最好。冷冻干燥和 4 0℃烘干酶粉得率分别为 68 3 %和 4 5 7%。酶最适反应 pH为 4 5,最适反应温度50℃ ,在不同温度下保温 1小时后的半失活温度为 4 7 7℃。
Xylanase production from Trichoderma sp.T6 with solid state fermentation were studied.It is showed that xylanase activity is up to the highest when cultured 4 days.The extraction ratio of fresh culture to extract agent is 7∶1.The saturation condition of Ammonium sulfate was 60-65%.Two Kinds of xylanase enzymes powder were obtained by both freezer drying and at 40℃ heating drying,and the rate of recovery were 68.3% and 45.7% respectively.The optimal pH was 4.5 and temperature was 50℃.The temperature for loss half activity in an hour was 47.7℃.
