石横特钢3^#高炉炉缸异常侵蚀维护实践

摘要 针对石横特钢3#高炉炉缸温度异常升高严重威胁安全生产的状况,通过优化高炉操作制度,采取钛矿护炉及风口喂钛线等措施,温度异常点逐步转入安全状态,炉缸异常侵蚀得到有效控制,实现了在安全的前提下进行护炉,在顺行的基础上优化高炉各项经济技术指标的目的。 Because Shiheng Special Steel' s No.3 BF hearth temperature unusually rose and seriously threatened smety producnon, some protection furnace measures were taken. They include optimizing blast furnace operation system, adding titanium ore and feeding Ti-wire from the tuyere etc. The abnormal spot of the temperature changed over to secure state gradually and the hearth abnormal erosion was controlled, realizing the aims of furnace maintenance under the safe premise and on the base of regular working optimizing the economic and technological indexes of the blast furnace.
