70kg级高强钢控冷过程板形优化措施

摘要 优化调整加热制度,保证坯料加热质量,消除黑印;采用低速小压下量轧制,同时充分发挥预矫直机的作用,降低水冷前钢板的瓢曲;改进Mulpic自适应系数、上下水比、水凸度等参数,改善钢板板形的平直度,同时保证钢板的性能,70kg级高强钢TMCP状态钢板一次合格率达到了92.29%。 Optimizing and adjusting heating system is to assure the heating quality of billet and to eliminate black mark; Adopting low speed rolling with small percent reduction while giving full play to the role of pre-straightening machine were to reduce plate buckling before water cooling; And by improving Mulpic self-adaptive coefficient, water convexity and other parameters, the flatness of plate was increased and the properties were ensured. The primary percent of pass of 70 kg grade high strength steel plate in TMCP state reached 92.29%.
